ServiceRecord is an AI-powered software platform that gives organisations full control over their digital data collection, without the cost or complexity of enterprise software. It combines AI-assisted form building, role-based security and structured submission processing, then delivers every completed record to the storage destination they choose.
Create an editable digital service from a plain-language prompt or import a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of an existing form, scan, screenshot or photograph. Review the generated sections, fields, tables, validation and layout in the service designer before publishing.
Common uses include customer and supplier onboarding, applications and referrals, internal requests, field inspections, incident reporting, compliance evidence, property maintenance and education administration.
Supported destinations include ServiceRecord-hosted storage, Amazon S3 and S3-compatible object storage, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox and SFTP. Where an organisation connects Google Drive, ServiceRecord requests only the drive.file scope and uses it to create and write submission packages in folders it creates in that Drive. It cannot read or modify anything else stored there.
